Refund Policy

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

  • Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • To qualify, the defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Ineligible Items

  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidental breakage are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • This includes damages caused by dropping, improper handling, or using the product beyond its intended purpose.

Process for Claims

  1. Contact us at gonzalez3Dprints@gmail.com within the specified timeframe with proof of the defect (e.g., photos).

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, guide you through the return process.

Restocking and Shipping

  • Returned products must be in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects may be covered by us; however, returns due to other reasons will be at your expense.

Refunds

  • Once the defective product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Important Reminder

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged through improper use or misuse. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that have manufacturing defects.
