Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To qualify, the defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Ineligible Items

Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidental breakage are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes damages caused by dropping, improper handling, or using the product beyond its intended purpose.
Process for Claims

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, guide you through the return process.
Restocking and Shipping

Returned products must be in their original condition.

Shipping costs for returns due to defects may be covered by us; however, returns due to other reasons will be at your expense.
Refunds

Once the defective product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5-10 business days of receipt.
Important Reminder

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged through improper use or misuse. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that have manufacturing defects.
