Thank you for supporting our small 3D-printing business! Each item is made to order, and we strive to provide clear and reliable shipping information.

Processing Time
Because our products are custom-printed, processing and production take approximately 3-7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Larger prints or bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit. Larger prints may be shipped in multiple parts to ensure safe arrival.

Incorrect Addresses

If an address error results in a lost or returned package, buyers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost items.
However, if your item arrives damaged:
